These are not your grandmas' cookies.
This is a semi-soft honey based cookie covered in powdered sugar.
The powdered sugar creates a crusty and delicious layer around the cookie.
I find the cookie very dense and heavy although there is nothing inside it like nuts or chocolate.
I recommend enjoying these cookies with some hot tea.
